Hi! We’re Full Potential Dance Company.
Full Potential is a dance company based in Fremont, CA established in 2016 by Duncan Padilla and directed by Josh Ramos and Ricky Ho. Full Potential aims to foster dancers by teaching wisdom, knowledge and life values through dance. As a dance company we strive to create leaders, teachers and role models. We are a family of individuals who aspire to reach our full potential as not only dancers, but as members of the community.

Get ready for an unforgettable night of rhythm, talent, and community at Complex Dance Competition 2026 hosted by Full Potential Dance Company!
Now in its 9th year, Complex is Northern California’s premier choreographic hip-hop dance showcase, bringing together top-tier crews from across the region and beyond for an electrifying evening of movement and music.
This dynamic event features a variety of dance styles and musical genres, spotlighting the creativity and passion of performers at every level. In addition to the main competition, the night includes an all-styles dance battle hosted by innovative tech company Tap.in, along with food vendors, exclusive merchandise, interactive giveaways, and exciting raffles.
Teams will battle it out for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies, with $1,000 in cash awarded to the 1st place champions. Whether you're a dancer, supporter, or simply love great entertainment, Complex 2026 promises an experience full of energy, culture, and unforgettable moments.
